Attorney Justin G. Randolph has been practicing law since 2001. The Law Offices of Justin G. Randolph opened in 2004 and handled employment cases including discrimination and harassment claims as well as immigration and deportation/removal cases. In 2019, Justin Randolph, and experienced employment defense attorney, Philip Holloway, opened Randolph & Holloway, LLC. The firm will continue to handle employment cases including discrimination and harassment claims. Mr. Randolph continues to practice immigration and deportation/removal cases through the Law Offices of Justin G. Randolph.

Justin and Philip regularly practice in front of the Illinois Department of Human Rights, the Illinois Human Rights Commission, the Merit Systems Protection Board, the EEOC, and state and federal court.
