Join us for a Lunch and Learn, Navigating Ethics and Access to Justice: Providing Viable Pathways for Rejected Applicants, on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. The program will feature Brandon Burns of Thurgood, and Jim Doppke of Robinson Stewart Montgomery & Doppke LLC.
This CLE program will examine ethical considerations and access-to-justice issues that arise when prospective clients are unable to obtain traditional legal representation. The presenters will discuss ethical, compliant alternatives for assisting rejected applicants, including administrative agency processes that permit non-lawyer representation and technology-based intake and claims-filing models, while addressing professional responsibility and client-protection concerns.
The program may be attended in person at Hughes Socol Piers Resnick & Dym, Ltd., 70 W. Madison St., Suite 4000, or via Zoom. Registration closes Sunday, February 8. Zoom details will be sent by Tuesday morning, February 10.
