Join us for a roundtable discussion, co-hosted with the EEOC, on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, from 12:00–1:30 p.m. The discussion will feature EEOC Commissioner Kalpana Kotagal, who will meet with attendees to share her vision for the agency and discuss the future direction of the EEOC’s enforcement mandate. Commissioner Kotagal will also seek input from stakeholders on their priorities and needs, which will help inform how she approaches and prioritizes her work as a Commissioner. 

This Lunch and Learn can be attended in person at the EEOC’s Chicago Office at 230 S. Dearborn, 18th Floor, Chicago, Illinois 60604, or via Teams. Please register by the end of the day on Sunday, January 25. Lunch will be provided. An email with the Teams link will be sent by Tuesday morning, January 27. 

No CLE credit will be provided for this event.

During the registration process, you will be asked whether you are attending IN PERSON or VIRTUALLY VIA TEAMS. The purpose of registration is to provide a list of in-person attendees to the building reception and to have an appropriate amount of food available.
